LRW properties is very simply a husband and wife team, namely Leonard & Rosemary Wiseman, who back in 2006 decided to have a look at the Spanish property market with a view to purchasing and maybe subsequently letting. The main item on the selection agenda was 'location, location, location'. Previous to this we had purchased a lovely 3-bedroom chalet type bungalow in Ballyliffin, Co Donegal.

Our first property in Spain, a townhouse, was booked in early spring 2007 and completed in November of that year. The location chosen was the new Roda Golf & Beach Club mainly for these three things:

- location - 6 minutes from Murcia airport and one and a half miles from beach

- the quality and design of the build and complex

- the feeling for the area as a family holiday location
